REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BRONX HEAD START:

Families must reside or work in the Morrisania community and in zip codes 10456, 10459, and 10460
Have a child ages 2.9-5 years old
Meet Federal Income Guidelines

• Birth Certificate

• Child Immunization Record

• ID For Parent or Guardian

• Proof of Income:

- 3 Recent Pay stubs or

- Public Assistance Budget Letter, SSI Award letter

• Proof of address (ex: Lease, Con Ed Bill)

• Medical Insurance Card

Children - 2.9 to 5 years

including children with special needs

8:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m. - Monday to Friday

Classes from September to July

Breakfast, Lunch and Snack provided

Call for more information between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
